Website and Content Management

Forms Plus is a powerful new add-on for Finalsite Forms that offers enhanced registration capabilities so users can manage the form-building and registration processes more efficiently and effectively.
New tag management tools have been added to the Posts module to make it easier to manage your school’s or district’s dozens (or hundreds!) of tags and allow admins to quickly sort through tags to edit, organize, delete, or merge tags to reduce redundancy.
Posts was also updated with restoration tools to allow you to restore posts and boards on your own (no need to reach out to support!) that were previously deleted.

Communications

You can now send mass messages on-the-go with our Messages and Messages XR companion administrator app, Finalsite Central. Download today in the App Store or Google Play.
Automated Messages has launched in Messages XR, which gives you the ability to send automated emails about student attendance on a regular schedule with specific content for each student whose parents need to be informed.

Enrollment

Finalsite Enrollment now has a single sign-on option for Microsoft Azure.
We've increased self-service options in Finalsite Enrollment by allowing admins to create new fields in the database on their own, without the need to contact support.
Within Billing, there is a new report designed to help budget more effectively by breaking out monthly cash flow projections according to payment method.
A second new report within Billing shows the subset of tuition payments that schools receive from parents by cash or physical check each month, which makes it easier to enter payments and automate distribution across ledgers.

Digital Marketing Services

Finalsite Advantage, our strategic consulting partnership service, is now available to partner with:
- Admissions & Enrollment professionals
- Marketing & Communications professionals from Districts as well as Independent, International, and Charter schools
The recently launched Online Presence Assessment (OPA) identifies opportunities to clean up an overgrown or untended digital footprint before migrating to Composer.
Also new is the Launch Video, which allows you to introduce your new site to the community.

People Module is replacing Constituent Manager as your website’s modern solution to meet all your constituent data management needs. Once launched, the new People module will allow for easier uploading, management, and sharing of constituent data across your Composer website and modules. People Module features a modern interface, better scalability for larger schools and districts, and increased cross-functionality with Composer modules.

Website and Content Management

Calendar Manager is being upgraded to Calendar Module. This brand new module is designed to make the process of creating, uploading, and managing individual events and entire calendars easier, faster, and more efficient for website admins, as well as making it simpler to view and interact with single and recurring events on your website for your website visitors.
Forms is being updated to support multiple new payment methods (such as Apple Pay) through Stripe’s Payment Element. Clients who use Finalsite Payments will already be familiar with this intuitive, simple, and secure payment process that provides users with more than 40 payment methods.

Communications

Our Messages XR companion app, Finalsite Central, will soon have translation, ability to clone messages, deliverability reporting, ability to send messages through Page Pops, and additional authentication methods.
Automated Messages will soon include translation, additional communication modalities such as text and voice call, and ability to sync with class attendance and lunch balance data.
We’re adding X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook as communications channels within Messages XR, so you’ll be able to push your messages to social media.
Messages and Messages XR will soon have usability updates, making it easier to see and select the communication channels you want to send your message through.
We'll soon be launching a generative AI writing assistant for Messages XR, saving you time by having AI draft messages across email, text, voice messages, social media, and mobile app notifications.

Enrollment

We’ll be adding enhancements around expansive gender options, including pronoun selection, to allow schools the option to build more inclusivity into their forms.
Composer and Finalsite Enrollment will soon be more closely integrated, with form submissions on Composer sites automatically entering the Enrollment database as top-of-the-funnel leads. This integration will make it easier for admissions and marketing teams to collaborate across the two systems on efforts such as following up with prospects and reporting on shared metrics.
We're developing a tuition management dashboard to give business offices better visibility into trends and patterns related to school financial health, such as year-over-year comparisons of late payments and breakdowns by billing category.
